What exactly does: "We need to continue to deliver the stimulus to which we are mutually committed and begin looking at exit strategies to move to a more sustainable fiscal track"; f*cking mean? Anybody? Anybody? Is there like a book of finance minister "catch phrases", or sumpin, with a glossary and definitions that can be used to translate Flaherty's f*cking pile of meaningless iambic?
