Prop shop..

As far as leverage, platform and speed go I highly recommend my guys ASSENT/Sungard.  Anybody else trade prop? No training courses here. Its sink or swim, so expect to sink for a while if your a rookie. There are a quite a few big pros who clear over mil a year day trading. They also do algo HFT and have API that attaches to ANVIL through a .DLL. You need a small backstop to prevent a blow up, but they have all the cash you can handle. No punters allowed, as per the floor manager, ha ha. That means no big overnights and you should be moving some volume.   You need a series 7 & 63. I am setting up shop at home soon. Sick of hearing the other traders yelling at the TVs all day and driving there at 5am. I like to trade naked..
